I’m Todd Keefer, and I’ve spent more than 25 years in the construction and exterior remodeling industry. I got my start in the late 1990s renovating and reselling homes in Baltimore City, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of construction.

After the housing crash, I transitioned into selling and managing exterior home improvement projects, eventually bringing that expertise to Colorado in 2016.

With over 16 years specializing in windows, doors, siding, and roofing, I founded my own exterior remodeling company built on product knowledge, proven installation crews, and honest pricing.
